Excellent experience with caliber collision. They got my car in right away. Did a quick assessment and had it repaired before the promised timeline. Personnel all great to work with, especially Jacob who went above and beyond to get us the car back quickly.

I had great experience at caliber Collision. I brought my vehicle in because the splash guard underneath was damaged, and Jacob took care of everything quickly and professionally. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the process simple. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, which was much faster than I expected. Excellent customer service and a hassle-free experience. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision and appreciate Jacob's help.

Jacob and Alvaro took perfect care of me and my car from start to finish. Very happy with the results, it's as if I have a new (part of my) car again

I had an amazing experience with Jacob at Caliber Collision. He was extremely detail-oriented and walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. Jacob made sure I was taken care of every step of the way, even after everything was completed. His communication, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made the experience stress-free. I really appreciated how patient and attentive he was throughout the process. If you need someone who genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend asking for Jacob!

Just visited to have my Subaru fixed due to damage from a tornado in Forth Worth. Can’t believe I’m writing that. Jacob was extremely professional, kind, efficient, and effective. I feel like I’m in good hands and will report back when my car is fixed. Shout out to Geico for their customer service !
